LAKE GEORGE CAMPSITE IS OPEN FOR THE SEASON, WE CAN NOT WAIT TO MEET YOU AND YOUR CAMPING FAMILIES.
Please Note: Sat May 31st closing at 8pm, Sunday June 1st and Wed. June 4th The bar will be closed. Camping is still available these days.
LAKE GEORGE CAMPSITE has thirty-seven spacious, level, partially shaded RV, TRAVEL TRAILER and TENT sites nestled in the virgin pines or on the wooded shores of the beautiful Lake George.
Please consider Lake George Campsite in your future camping, fishing and vacation plans. We have convenient pull-thru sites with electric and water hook ups at all sites, a dump station, and a full bath house. There is a newly remodeled bar overlooking the lower campsites and dock area. The Office is located in the bar where there is a game room, a candy stop, and not to forget the bait.,
Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring. We do not allow fire wood to be brough into the campsite. Please see office for wood.
As always your pets are part of your family and we would love for them to join you on your camping adventure. All dogs have to be on a leash at all times, please pick up after them. There is a dog walk on the south end of the pine site as well.
We offer nightly, weekly, monthly, and seasonal sites.
There is a larger play area in the upper camping area with a swing set, slide, monkey bars, climbing rope, play house and smaller child size climber as well. The lower lake sites have a nice swing set with slide facing the water to enjoy.
We do not offer structured activities at our campground, however there is plenty to do and see for all ages. Bicycles can be rode around to see the beautiful scenery. Fishing is always allowed off the docks as well.
Lake George is well known as a great area fishing lake for all types of fish! We have an abundance of healty pan fish including, Perch, Crappies, Bluegill as well as Walleye and Big and Small Mouth Bass.
We offer rental boats both with or with out motor, paddle boats, kayaks, canoes, and a pontoon boat. Please see office for price. Slips are available at the docks if you wish to bring your own boat on a first come first serve basis. There is plenty of room for storing your boat trailers at either your site or near the docks and fish cleaning area.
Not to forget about the well marked beach area, There is a gradual decline and is suitable for swimmers of all ages. We ask that you please pick up after yourselfs and put the garbage in the can provided. Thank you for helping keep our lake and swim area clean.

Reservations, though not always necessary, are advisable during July and August, on holiday & Hodag Country Fest weekends, or for a specific campsite(s). There is a 3 day minimum over Holidays and Hodag Country Fest.
